Hi, my name is Emma, and I am a Project Coordinator of the ‘Pathways’ programme. I will be working with children who have Special Educational Needs.

I support the planning and delivery of inclusive programmes that help children build confidence, develop skills, and reach their full potential.

I will be completing informal observations throughout sessions, which will gather the evidence of the need of the child. This will help parents and professionals to develop strategies to support the children and young people further.

I also bring a personal perspective to my work as a parent of a child with additional needs, which deepens my understanding and commitment to advocacy, inclusion, and family centred support.

I am really looking forward to working closely with families, schools, and support teams to create positive, safe, and engaging environments where every child feels valued and supported.
