Lee Crosby joined Grace House as Chief Executive Officer after five years at the Foundation of Light, where he led Informal Community Education and Health and Wellbeing teams. With strong sector knowledge and a clear focus on growth and sustainability, Lee brings fresh ideas and a passion for developing services for disabled children, young people and their families. He is particularly excited about expanding Grace House’s community offer, maximising the potential of the facility, and strengthening support for young people in educational settings.
