Time to Talk Day: Start a Conversation About Mental Health

Time to Talk Day is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. It’s a day for friends, families, communities, and workplaces to come together to talk, listen, and change lives. Time to Talk Day is taking place on 6 February 2025 and is run by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness, in partnership with Co-op and delivered by See Me with SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health), Inspire, and Time to Change Wales. The aim is to make everyone feel comfortable talking about mental health.

You don’t need to be an expert to talk about mental health. There are many ways to start a conversation: text a friend, put up posters at work or school, chat over a cup of tea with a colleague, host an awareness event in your community, or share something on social media using the hashtag #TimeToTalk.
